Our Junior Coach Certification stands as the foundational pillar of our coaching ladder and is a pivotal step to master. Recognizing the critical importance of the early stages in a young golfer's development, we crafted this certification to invite anyone eager to bolster their ability in nurturing young talents. Often, parents, siblings, and newcomers face the responsibility of coaching the younger generation for the first time. Through our certification, you'll acquire the essential skills needed to guide juniors on their growth journey effectively. This program elucidates the development pathway and essential principles to uphold throughout the process.
Upon enrollment, you'll be invited to partake in an online training course led by the Spiral training team, where you'll delve into specific drills outlined in the Spiral Code platform. Subsequently, you'll be tasked with submitting two client progression case studies within a set deadline, with each submission meticulously reviewed for your accreditation.
Embark on this journey to enhance your coaching skills and make a meaningful impact on young golfers' development. Pre-Requisites: Participation in The Peter Cowen Coaching Fraternity programs requires a genuine interest in golf coaching and a passion for guiding junior golfers on their developmental journey. Prior experience in coaching or a background in golf is beneficial but not mandatory.
